DMCA copyright policy

StreamEast respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our site.

3. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, or (if outside the US) to an appropriate jurisdiction.

4. Repeat infringers

StreamEast will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any user’s access to our services at our sole discretion.

5. Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the content you are reporting infringes your copyright, please consult a legal professional before submitting a notice.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this DMCA policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
